Revised OCMM Covid-19 Protocols April 2022
As Old Chatham Quaker Meeting is currently hosting blended events, we will follow the current revised protocols in effect concerning the Meeting's response to the pandemic. It is our hope that by adhering to these protocols we will reduce our risk to infection, remain inclusive to all our members and attenders, and encourage our ability to meet in person. Ministry and Counsel along with our advisors will re-evaluate the protocols monthly or as changing circumstances require.
The following protocols apply to committees, worship sharing, and other uses of the meetinghouse besides rentals.

Protocols:
- Food or drinks can be served inside the meetinghouse. Friends are asked to be mindful of keeping social distance whenever eating or drinking.
- Windows and doors will be opened during warm weather, plus our air filtration system will always be activated while using the meeting room. Windows on opposite sides of the meeting room should be open as far as weather permits, with at least a small opening even if it’s cold. Wearing of appropriate warm clothing is suggested.
- Wearing a mask is optional. Wear a mask based on your personal preference, informed by your personal level of risk.
- We ask that everyone be sensitive to the needs of those who are still masked and maintain social distancing with them.
- When you are near a child who is wearing a mask indoors, wear a mask and social distance. Anyone providing childcare should wear a mask indoors near masked children but may limit social distancing as needed in order to provide care.
